Born in Xi‘an, Shaanxi Province, China, Ji studied finance at the Tianjin Finance and Economics School, before becoming a project manager at the Shaanxi Provincial International Exchange Center, a cultural institution of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shaanxi Government.

In 2005, She moved to Berlin, where she studied German and business studies, prior to specialising in the field of project management as both an independent consultant and for the Accor Hotel Group.

Building on the foundations of her experience of international cultural exchanges, Ji turned her attention to developing ties between the film industry in Shaanxi, including the renowned Xi’an Film Studio and Film School, and that of Germany. She is now Penned Pictures’ point of contact, charged with developing our image and presence in both Shaanxi and China as a whole.

2005年移居柏林，攻读德国语言文学和工商管理专业，之后作为独立的咨询顾问，为雅高酒店集团提供专业的项目策划及管理。

基于多年从事国际文化交流项目的丰富经验，目前专注于构建发展德国与陕西影视行业，特别是著名的西安电影制片厂之间的合作关系。作为妙笔映画的联系人及代表，负责在中国特别是陕西省介绍推广本公司的品牌及相关业务。
